Biester Palace boasts a history full of secrets and a mysterious, captivating spiritual dimension.

Built during the final decades of the 19th century and designed by the first Portuguese architect - José Luiz Monteiro -, the Palace features decoration by the incomparable Luigi Manini and Leandro de Souza Braga. It is also a reflection of several stylistic influences, resulting in a work of great historical and artistic relevance, perfectly integrated into the Romantic spirit of the surrounding landscape.

It features several points of interest, such as the Pena Cave, the Bordallo Pinheiro Trail and the charming Descobertas Lookout, which offers breathtaking views of the Moors Castle and the sea.

After the tour, you can sit in the tea house and enjoy Sintra's traditional sweets.
