Free guided tour and 20% discount on the 'Electrosolar Vessel' Experience

Located between the Côa and Douro rivers, Côa Museum celebrates the meeting of the region's two world heritages: the Prehistoric Art of the Côa Valley and the Upper Douro Wine Region. This is the perfect gateway for enjoying and understanding the Paleolithic art of the Côa Valley, which was created at least 30,000 years ago by hunter-gatherer communities who drew thousands of pictures of aurochs, horses, mountain goats, deer and other animals along the valley. Find out who the authors were, how they lived, and why they created these pictures.

Venture down the Côa River in an electrosolar vessel and enjoy an authentic and contextualized experience of the Archaeological Park along a 4 km stretch.
