Tours

  • East Wonders: A tour to the east side of the island, the side with the tallest and wildest vegetation due to its colder and wetter climate. The tour begins at the famous Pico do Areeiro, the highest accessible point on the island, with breathtaking views of its volcanic mountains. Then we descend to Ribeiro Frio, a place characterized by its rich flora and fauna and its trout farms. The tour continues to Santana, passing through beautiful and unique off-road trails accessible only by 4×4 vehicles. Lunch will be served at a restaurant in Santana (optional), where we will stop to observe this beautiful village and its iconic houses. The tour continues, stopping at local bars, viewpoints and places with unique landscapes until we reach our final destination, Ponta de São Lourenço, located at the very tip of the island.
  • Wild West: a tour to the west side of Madeira Island, the side characterized by low vegetation, history and breathtaking views, where the sea meets the mountains. The tour to this side of the island passes through mythical places such as the Cabo Girão viewpoint, one of the most famous viewpoints in Europe. We go off-road in the Laurissilva forest with incredible views, only possible with 4×4 vehicles. Then we pass through other places like São Vicente, Seixal, Ribeira da Janela and Porto Moniz, famous for its natural pools and the wild sea of the North. Lunch will be served in one of the best restaurants in the area (optional). Then we start climbing the mountains. There will be a stop in Fanal to observe its forest, where you can marvel, have fun, walk or relax, just observing its century-old trees, its flora and fauna. The tour continues to Paul da Serra. Before the end of the tour we stop at some local bars.
