TAP Donate Miles is TAP's social responsibility initiative, part of the TAP Miles&Go Programme, which allows Clients to donate miles to partner organizations. These organizations can then redeem those miles for trips and deliver aid where it is needed.
Meet the three new social organisations selected for the 2025-2027 triennium!
They are Leigos para o Desenvolvimento, Make a Wish and Refood. These three new organisations join the partners for the 2024-2026 triennium, Apoiar, Orbis and Sol sem Fronteiras.

Donate miles
Mile by mile, we give wings to solidarity causes. Help us take good causes on our wings and donate miles to the partners of the TAP Donate Miles Programme. How can you do this?
1 - Customer Area
Log in to your TAP Miles&Go Account using your personal authentication credentials.
2 - Select the organization you want to help
In the Customer Area, on the ‘Miles Management’ tab, click on ‘Donate Miles’ and select the organisation that will receive your gesture.
3 - Validate your email
Enter the code you received via the email associated with your Miles&Go account. You've just given wings to a cause. Thank you!

Your contribution made a difference
In 2023, we donated 7.5 million miles and made 103 trips to 12 TAP destinations to carry out the operations of the Programme's official partners.
