This Privacy Policy applies even if you booked your flight through third parties, such as a travel agent, and incorporates the General Terms, Policies and Conditions of Use of TAP's Digital Presence, our Conditions of Carriage, the Terms of Membership regarding the TAP account and the TAP Miles&Go Terms and Conditions.

Therefore, when using our Platforms, filling out our forms and providing your data, directly or indirectly, you will have to be aware of the conditions of this Policy, as well as accept the General Terms, Policies and Conditions of Use, as well as any other specific terms, policies and/or conditions related to the subscribed services.
