The experience begins with a visit to one of the region's emblematic markets, guided by Chef Arnaldo Azevedo, to discover and taste some local products. After this "amuse-bouche", the destination is the Vila Foz hotel, where a menu designed by the Chef promises to capture your attention, presenting, in each dish, a game of stimuli and sensations, thanks to the combination of surprising textures and flavors.

Meeting at the Vila Foz hotel.
Transfer service (included) to the starting point of this fantastic gastronomic journey, the Matosinhos Market.
At the market, the Chef will present and offer tastings of a variety of Portuguese products, as well as tips and tricks for choosing the freshest fish and seafood.
At the Vila Foz hotel, in an unusual space that will only be revealed on the day itself, the Chef will prepare a menu where the sea is always present. The freshness and authenticity of the fish and seafood from the Portuguese coast will shine in this meal, accompanied by a selection of the best wines from the region.
Gastronomic experience with Chef Rui Paula
In an intimate class, you will work with the Chef and help him prepare the most representative recipes of his cuisine. Taste the final result and enjoy a tasting of your dishes accompanied by a selection of wines.
The experience includes:
A visit to the chef's chosen location to dine and discover the best seafood on our coast at a local seafood restaurant.
An intimate class at the Boa Nova Tea House, where you will work with the Chef to prepare the most representative recipes of his cuisine.
A tasting of the final result and the dishes accompanied by a selection of wines prepared by the restaurant's sommelier.
