Our TAP Miles&Go Programme offers the best experience to its Customers, especially those who travel the most. Therefore, Navigator Customers have access to two Free Business Class Upgrades per Annual Qualification Period (PMY). Upgrades are not cumulative nor do they carry over from one year to another, and their use is only possible if the Customer's status is valid at the time of travel.
Choose your destination and fare, except Discount, and be sure you include your Customer Number (TP). First and last name must match those on your TAP Miles&Go account.
The request must be made per flight, up to 12h prior to travel, and only for the person making the request.
If available on the flight, your Upgrade will be confirmed at the boarding gate. If not, you will keep your original seat in Economy Class.
