To earn miles with Europcar you only have to book and do not forget to mention (by telephone) or enter (online) your TAP Miles&Go Number.
You can also get a discount on your rental — 5% if you are a Miles Customer or 15% if you are a Silver, Gold or Navigator Customer.
Don’t forget to show your TAP Miles&Go Customer card when you go to pick up your car.

Terms and conditions
- All rates are eligible except for contractual rates, Tour Operators rates, Travel Agencies rates, Europcar staff rates, Airline staff rates and rates for other Europcar partners, commercial vehicle rates and medium to long term rentals.
- Replacement Vehicle and Chauffeur Service are not eligible for miles credit.
- Only bookings made directly with Europcar on the partnership site, or by telephone are valid for earning miles.
- You should mention your contract number (shown above) and your TAP Miles&Go Customer number at the time of booking for the miles to be credited.
- The miles credit request must be made within 6 months of the date of the activity and will be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
- Once the miles have been credited to the Customer’s Account they cannot be returned.
