Terms and conditions
- The minimum conversion value of miles is €80, spent in shops and restaurants of Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet.
- Miles will be credited to customers who go to the Information Desk and present receipts corresponding to the day of purchase (receipts from previous dates will not be accepted) with the Tax ID number of the Miles&Go TAP Card holder or TAP Miles&Go Customer Number, together with their respective ID Card.
- The receipts of purchases of tobacco, lotteries and scratchcards and topping up mobile phones are excluded.
- Miles will be credited to your TAP Miles&Go account within 45 days.
- Freeport Fashion Outlet miles do not accrue with miles obtained through other TAP Miles&Go Programme partnerships existing in the shopping centre.
- Once the miles have been credited to the Customer’s Account they cannot be returned.
- Miles reimbursement requests are subject to an €80 penalty per voucher, according to the rules of the program.
- Purchase receipts with a company tax ID are not included.
