Program:
Welcome drink served upon arrival.
Tour of the salt pan, exploring the historical and social context of the Castro Marim salt pans. In the Sapal de Castro Marim Nature Reserve, discover the art of collecting the finest and purest fleur de sel crystals. Explore the fleur de sel production cycle, part of which is slowly carried out by nature itself.
The meal, prepared by renowned Algarvian Chef Noélia Jerónimo, will be served in a traditional setting, featuring a menu inspired by the sea and products of Ria Formosa. 4 dishes will be served with wine pairings.
Gastronomic experience with Chef João Oliveira
An exclusive experience oyster fans cannot miss out on: meeting Chef João Oliveira in Ria do Alvor, where this special product will be harvested. The meal will also be prepared by the Michelin-starred chef.
Program:
Take part in the oyster harvesting process in Ria do Alvor and enjoy a tasting on-site, paired with champagne.
After this unforgettable tour, indulge in an equally memorable lunch or dinner at Vista restaurant, featuring a menu curated by the Chef and expertly selected wine pairings.

Valid for 2 people.
The experience is subject to the estuary's conditions (tide).
