In this program, guided by Chef Benoit Sinthon, you will have the opportunity to visit a market and get to know some Madeiran products. Beyond that, you will also enter the Chef's private garden and enjoy lunch in this very special and personal space.
The experience includes:
- Meeting with Chef Benoit Sinthon at the Mercado dos Lavradores to discover emblematic Madeiran products.
- Visit to the Chef's private garden, where the vegetables and aromatic herbs that give color and flavor to Il Gallo D'Oro's dishes are grown. Here you can discover the crops for the season and Benoit Sinthon's favorite products.
- Lunch in the garden, with a menu created by the Chef exclusively for you, accompanied by a careful selection of regional wines.
Stay at Villa Mar and gastronomic experience with Chef Júlio Pereira
This is a unique experience, with a 7 night stay at Villa Mar for 12 people. One day will be dedicated to discovering Madeiran gastronomy and products. The renowned Chef Júlio Pereira will be your guide on this discovery.
Gastronomic experience program:
- Meeting with Chef Júlio Pereira at the Villa pier.
- A trip of approximately 4 hours on a magnificent private yacht to Ponta de São Lourenço (the most eastern point of Madeira Island), where you can:
- Try the traditional poncha as a welcome drink;
- Taste the freshest seafood on the island;
- Learn more about the history, landscape and the most emblematic products of Madeira Island, in the words of the Chef;
- Go snorkeling and/or swimming in the Atlantic, or simply enjoy the impressive landscape of the Ponta de São Lourenço nature reserve.
- Lunch prepared by the Chef, based on local and seasonal products, accompanied by a careful selection of regional wines. Depending on your preference, this special meal can be served in the idyllic pier area, or in the Villa Mar dining area.
About Villa Mar:
Located in Caniçal, on the island of Madeira, Villa Mar is a luxury accommodation, equipped with a terrace with sea views, an outdoor swimming pool, an impressive garden and private access to the sea. It has 6 bedrooms, a living room, a games room, a fully equipped kitchen and other amenities such as free internet, air conditioning and a barbecue area. It is located near Prainha and 2.7 km from Pedradeira Beach.

Stay at Villa Mar and gastronomic experience with Chef Júlio Pereira: €15.364 (price includes VAT). The price shown includes a stay of 7 nights, for up to 12 people, and an experience with Chef Júlio Pereira (on a date to be arranged).
