Our TAP Miles&Go Programme offers the best experience to its Customers, especially those who travel the most. Therefore, Navigator Customers have access to two Free Business Class Upgrades per Annual Qualification Period (PMY). Upgrades are not cumulative nor do they carry over from one year to another, and their use is only possible if the Customer's status is valid at the time of travel.
Choose your destination and fare, except Discount, and be sure you include your Customer Number (TP). First and last name must match those on your TAP Miles&Go account.
The request must be made per flight, at least 72 hours before the trip, and is exclusive to the specific flight.
You will receive the response via the Digital Concierge on WhatsApp. If there is availability on the flight, a confirmation email will be sent to the address linked to your TAP Miles&Go Account up to 24 hours before the flight. If there is no availability, you will keep your original Economy Class seat.
