See how to join each service step by step

1. Download utu Tax Free app.
2. You can locate your utu Tax Free Card in the 'Menu' section.
3. Choose TAP's Miles&Go as your preferred refund method in the app.
4. Shop tax free overseas!
5. Fill in the 16-digit utu Card number on the tax refund form.
6. Validate the form when departing the country.
7. Receive at least 25% more on your refund amount in miles!

Terms and conditions

  1. As per the standard proposition, members will earn 3,541 miles for every USD100 of VAT refunds.
  2. Miles will be credited to the Customers TAP Miles&Go Account within 24 hours from the date of successful submission of the request.
  3. TAP Miles&Go Customers will be eligible to convert utu miles only if:
    1. TAP Miles&Go membership is active at the time of registration.
    2. TAP Miles&Go has been selected as the default Refund method.
    3. TAP Miles&Go Account is linked to the member’s utu account.
    4. Tax refund has been successfully credited to the utu Tax Free Card.
  4. TAP Miles&Go Customers will be notified via the utu Tax Free App once the VAT refund has been received.
