See how to join each service step by step

1. Download utu Tax Free app.
2. You can locate your utu Tax Free Card in the 'Menu' section.
3. Choose TAP's Miles&Go as your preferred refund method in the app.
4. Shop tax free overseas!
5. Fill in the 16-digit utu Card number on the tax refund form.
6. Validate the form when departing the country.
7. Receive at least 25% more on your refund amount in miles!
  1. This promotion is from 27th May 2024 to 31st August 2024 and this period is defined as “Promotion Period”.
  2. This promotion ends at the end of promotion period.
  3. This promotion is open to all TAP Miles&Go members.
  4. To qualify for the extra bonus miles during the promotion period:
    a) 250 Bonus Miles: Customer must perform at least one miles rewards transaction during the campaign period to qualify for 250 extra bonus miles on their first miles rewards transaction.
  5. TAP Miles&Go members will receive the 250 bonus miles only if:
    a) The customer must have one Miles Rewards transaction.

    b) Customers must download the utu app and link TAP Miles&Go as default refund method.

    c) Log in using their registered email with utu during their Miles Rewards Transaction.
  6. All qualifying customers will earn a bonus of 250 miles credited directly to their TAP Miles&Go account.
  7. Each customer is only eligible for one bonus within the promotion period.
  8. utu Rewards Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any incorrect utu Miles transfer based on inaccurate information provided.
  9. Miles will be credited to the customers’s TAP Miles&Go account within 10 working days from the date of successful linking of account.
  10. Once converted, the expiry and value of the miles will be subject to TAP Miles&Go rules.
