Take your pet on a trip
As a TAP Miles&Go Customer you have the possibility to book the transport of your pet, using your miles or accumulating even more. Choose the option that best suits your needs. Using miles
1 - Book your trip
Choose your destination and enter your TAP Miles&Go Customer details during the booking process.
2 - Access Manage your Booking and add your pet's transport
Up to 24 hours before your flight departure, enter your booking code and, on the extras selection page, select the "pet" option.
3 - Use your miles to complete the booking of your transport
On the extras selection page or on the payment page, select the option “use miles to pay for your extras”.

2 - Access Manage your Booking and add your pet's transport
Up to 24 hours before your flight departure, enter your booking code and, on the extras selection page, select the "pet" option.
3 - Use your miles to complete the booking of your transport
On the extras selection page or on the payment page, select the option “use miles to pay for your extras”.
Earn miles

2 - Add your pet's transport
You can access Manage your Booking or use TAP's Contact Center, a TAP counter at the airport or your Travel Agency. You have up to 24 hours before your flight departure.
3 - Watch your miles balance grow
Check the miles credit for your flight at the same time as the miles credit for transporting your pet.
