Meeting with Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa in the morning at Mercado da Ribeira, where lunch products are purchased.
In the Chef's workshop you have the opportunity to learn the techniques and tricks of a 2-Michelin-star Chef, and enjoy lunch with a selection of wines made from his personal wine cellar.
Gastronomic experience with Chef Vítor Sobral
Travel through Portugal with Chef Vítor Sobral. Considered the driving force behind modern Portuguese cuisine, the Chef will be your guide in a selection of ingredients for a lunch with flavors of the sea. The sea connection and Portuguese products will be the protagonists of this memorable meal.
The experience includes:
Start the morning at the Cascais market, where Chef Vítor Sobral will give you a tour and explain the most emblematic products of his cuisine.
Shop with the Chef and learn tips and tricks to always choose the freshest fish and shellfish.
At the Lota da Esquina restaurant, in Cascais, prepare lunch with the Chef.
Finish by tasting everything that has been prepared exclusively for you, at a lunch with the Chef at the table, with an unforgettable menu consisting of five dishes paired with the best Portuguese wines.
