TAP Miles&Go allows three categories of Upgrades with miles, available through online channels, Contact Center and boarding port:
- Early Upgrade: intended for Customers who wish to secure an Upgrade to Business Class in advance from the time of booking. Available through the Contact Center;
- Upgrade: allows you to Upgrade in the days before the flight, subject to availability and done through online channels and Contact Center;
- Last Minute Upgrade: intended for Silver, Gold and Navigator Customers. Available at the airport's boarding gate.
