(2) As holders of the Account used for issuance, Gold and Navigator Customers are exempt from paying this fee. This exemption applies to any Award Tickets issued from a Gold or Navigator Account, provided that, at the date of the change request, the Account maintains its status.

(3) If a Customer does not show up for the flight (No-Show), and wants a miles refund, the Customer in question will have to pay the No-Show penalty, and the refund fee, for each passenger. The value of the airport taxes is refunded to the Customer, free of charge.

(4) Miles are reset to their initial expiration date.
f the ticket issued contains miles whose validity has already expired, these will remain in the Customer's Account with expired validity and cannot be used. Only miles that are still valid are available in the Customer's balance.
Before requesting a miles refund, the Customer may contact the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service to obtain additional information regarding the validity of their miles.
