Who can benefit from it?

All visually impaired passengers can request this service, and we offer assistance at all trip stages and according to individual needs.

To provide the required support most efficiently, we recommend that you arrive at the airport ahead of time and go to the Check-in desk at the specified hours:

How to book special assistance

Requesting assistance is simple

Fill out the Assistance Request form for people with special needs or contact our Contact Center or your Travel Agency. Please inform us of your level of visual impairment and the type of assistance you require.
