If you suffer from a severe or disabling disease, your doctor must fill out the Medical Information for Fitness to Travel - MEDIF (Part 2) (PDF, 0.1MB, EN).
The completed MEDIF must be sent to:[email protected].
If you need special assistance, you must also fill out a “Disability Assistance Request" form at least 72 hours before the flight.
