Before the flight

TAP offers several payment methods for your online booking:
  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express - only available for reservations made at least 24h before departure - Diners and UATP - not available for TAP Miles&Go Customers). For any of the cards, the debit will be immediate. For security reasons, if the departure time of the flight is less than 24h away, you may not be able to complete your transaction. If this happens, we suggest you contact TAP;
  • MBNet Service;
  • Multibanco / ATM and Homebanking - available for reservations made via flyTAP at least 6 hours before flight departure, or 48h if made via TAP Miles&Go or TAP Corporate;
  • MB Way - payment deadline for domestic flights with scheduled departure is at least 2h in advance, and 6h in advance for all other flights;
  • PayPal - covers bank accounts and credit cards worldwide;
  • Airplus Debit Account;
  • Pix (Central Bank of Brazil) - can be made from a current account, savings account or prepaid payment account at one of the institutions approved by the Central Bank. To make a Pix, you need to access your institution's app or Home Banking;
For payments at the counter, you can use:
  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and UATP);
  • Debit card;
  • Certified check;
  • Cash (except at London Heathrow Airport).
