TAP Miles&Go birthday vouchers are sent to all TAP Miles&Go Customers with Silver, Gold or Navigator status. The voucher is sent on the TAP Miles&Go Account holder's birthday, provided that the Customer has given their consent to receive email communications from TAP Miles&Go;
The birthday voucher can be used when making a TAP, TAP Express or TAP service booking with a discount AND is valid for 3 calendar months from the birthday date. After this period, the promo code will no longer be valid (e.g.: birthday on March 15 - the code will be valid until June 15);
The birthday voucher is valid for single use only; if the used balance is lower than the total voucher amount, it will not be possible to use the remaining amount;
There are no restrictions regarding the date of the trip, provided that the ticket or service is issued within the offer period;
The birthday voucher can be used to book flights operated by TAP and TAP Express (codeshares excluded), is available for all TAP products, and can be used on round trips, one-way trips, multi-city tickets, and stopovers;
The discount can be used in both Economy and Business Class, provided that the flights are paid for in the currency of the voucher and the latter is used on flights operated by TAP and TAP Express;
The voucher is applied on a per-booking basis, regardless of the number of passengers. The amount is applied to fares, fees, and all related taxes;
The discount can also be used to pay for services that are purchased when making the booking;
If the ticket cost exceeds the voucher's amount, the difference must be paid via credit/debit/ATM card;
In the event of a ticket change or refund via this payment method, the voucher will not be refunded;
The birthday voucher is valid for bookings made on the website and must be entered in the 'Discounts - Add voucher or promo code' field;
The birthday voucher is also valid for bookings made via Contact Center. Before paying, please inform the agent that you intend to use the voucher;
Not applicable to award tickets purchased with miles;
The birthday voucher cannot be combined with other discounts, such as TAP Miles&Go Promo and Slider and TAP promocodes;
The birthday voucher cannot be used for bookings or services requested before the voucher has been sent;
The birthday voucher cannot be merged with other TAP vouchers and cannot be converted in cash.
