Special Meals
We offer options designed for different diets and dietary restrictions. For special occasions, we have cake and sparkling wine.
How to order your special meal
If for nutritional, religious or dietary reasons you need to request a special meal, we have several menu options available in:
- Economy Class: on flights lasting more than 5h;
- Business Class: on flights lasting more than 60 minutes.
This request also covers meals for babies and children and is free of charge. It must be done up to 24h before your flight's departure or, in case of allergies or food intolerances, at least 7 days in advance. You can make the request during the booking process on flyTAP, or after completing the booking.
Our special meals are only available on flights operated by TAP, or operated on its behalf, and by TAP Express.
Place your special meal order
Enjoy your trip with a meal prepared especially for you. Place your order online through Manage your Booking.
You can also place your special meal order through the TAP Contact Center, TAP counter at the airport or TravelAgency.
Celebrations on board
Celebrate with cake and Portuguese sparkling wine!
Enjoy a birthday/wedding cake (500 g) for 45 EUR, and a bottle of sparkling wine (75 cl) for 25 EUR, on board our planes. Place your order directly to our Contact Center at least seven days before your flight's departure date.
