Medium-Haul and Domestic Flights
On flights where the on-board sales service is available (1), you can check the Menu and purchase all available products whenever you wish. Payment is made at the time of purchase, only by credit or debit card (2). You can request water for free whenever you need it.
Long-haul flights
You will be served complimentary meals (3) designed and prepared to give you the best experience. You can choose from the dishes and drinks available.

(1) The On-Board Sales Service is available on routes to and from Europe (except Faro, Lisbon-Porto Ponte Aérea , Alicante, Bilbao, Madrid, Malaga, Seville and Valencia) and North Africa (except Casablanca and Tangier).
(2) American Express, Apple Pay, Chip and Pin, Contactless, Mastercard, Samsung Pay, Visa and Google Pay. Payment currency: Euros. Payout limit: €100 per transaction. Cash payments are not accepted.
(3) These meals are complimentary on any fare and are available on all long-haul-flights. If your trip includes a connection in Europe or North Africa, our On-Board Sales Menu will be available.
Did you know that our tableware fly in a closed-loop recycling system?
With the aim of flying towards a more sustainable future, we are collaborating with deSter, a specialist company, to close the recycling loop for our Economy Class tableware. At the end of each trip, our tableware are transformed into raw materials, which are then used to produce new pieces, incorporating up to 25% of recycled material.
