Let's give the world a taste of Portuguese talent

The Local Stars project aims to elevate your onboard experience and showcase new Portuguese talent to the world, honoring the richness of our country's cuisine.

We invited six talents from Portuguese gastronomy, who work in kitchens from the north to the south of the country. Each of the Chefs will create two complete menus, which will be available in our Business Class (on long-haul flights departing from Lisbon) for two months each.

From April to July, Chef Ana Moura

During these four months, Chef Ana Moura will fly higher thanks to the innovation and diversity of each of her menus.

She has a degree in Marketing, but her passion is in the kitchen. She worked in the restaurant industry in Portugal and Spain and, in 2021, she opened the Lamelas restaurant, where she offers a new Alentejo cuisine, with flavors typical of the region.

  • Talent: Dishes from the Alentejo Coast, based on fish and vegetables, with fresh and light flavors

April and May Menu

  • Starter: Alentejo gazpacho with coriander base, hake in corn crust
  • Main Course Fish: Roasted octopus, turnip greens with breadcrumbs
  • Dessert: Alentejo-style sweet breadcrumbs with walnuts

June and July menu

  • Starter: Roe pâté with onion confit and pickled carrots
  • Main Course Fish: Sole, sautéed broad beans with watercress
  • Dessert: Chocolate mousse, peanut crumble
