- Available 36 hours before your flight.
- For flights to and from the United States, it is available only 24 hours before departure, due to government restrictions.
- Online check-in is not available if you are asked to confirm the details credit card that you used in your booking in person at a TAP desk or during check-in.
- Service available for passengers with a confirmed booking on flights operated by TAP or TAP Express (flights numbered from 1 to 3999).
- To ensure that the flight leaves on time, all passengers must be at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure time.
Important Information
There are airports where the boarding pass must be collected in person at the counter, even if online check-in has been done. In these cases you must arrive in advance at the airport to complete check-in procedures.
If your connecting time is between 6h and 24h your check-in will automatically be to your final destination. Thus, if you wish to retrieve your baggage at the intermediate point, please indicate this upon drop-off of your hold baggage.
For Customers with Stopovers over 24h check-in will be to the intermediate destination and hold baggage must be retrieved.
