Free flight change on the same day as your original flight: change your flight, free of charge, to any other flight on the same day, as long as the request is made before your original flight.

Changing the flight schedule is subject to seat availability and must be done before the original flight schedule, on the day of the flight, through one of the following channels:

  • Contact Center, TAP counters at airports or Travel Agency: change to any time on the same day, as long as it is made before the original flight time.
  • Check-in counter and boarding gate*: schedule earlier flight to a flight on the same day. At the airport, you can go to Check-in or the boarding gate and request to hasten your flight. You will only be assigned a seat if there are seats available. Otherwise, you keep your seat on the original flight. 

 

* At the boarding gate, it is only possible to schedule an earlier the flight time if you do not have hold baggage.
