Severe allergies

Children aged eight to eleven with severe allergies must travel with a parent, a responsible adult or a support person aged sixteen or over. The same applies to young people aged twelve to eighteen if they cannot self-administer their medications.

As we cannot control the presence of allergens that other passengers may bring on board (for example, peanuts and animal hair), it is possible that these allergens remain on the seat cushions, or between them, despite the airplane's hygiene policies.

To reduce the risk of exposure to allergens to which you are sensitive, we will take the necessary measures to ensure a safety zone for your journey.
