Important information

If you have any allergies, we recommend that you check with your doctor before traveling and that you carry the appropriate medication in your hand baggage. We cannot guarantee that the aircraft cabin is free of allergens.

Medical Authorization to travel

If you have a serious or disabling illness, depend on others or require special care, you must ask your attending physician to fill in, sign and stamp (with a sticker or stamp) the form Medical Information for Fitness to Travel (MEDIF) (PDF, 0.1 MB, EN). Then you must send it to the email address: [email protected]. (Please note that this email address is only for sending the MEDIF, so any other questions will not be considered).

Later, after the case is analyzed by a TAP doctor, we will contact you to inform you whether you can travel and under what conditions. If special assistance is required, you must also fill in the corresponding Assistance Request.

The Medical Authorization form (MEDIF) must be submitted up to 72h before your trip, as the information you provide must be analyzed before your trip can be confirmed.

The Special Assistance Request form must be submitted up to 48h before your trip.

Special assistance

Make sure you have all the support you need to travel more comfortably and safely. If you need special and personalized assistance, please fill in the corresponding request.
