All European Union citizens aged 18 years or over, holding an electronic passport, can now use the electronic border control devices at the main Portuguese airports (Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Funchal and Ponta Delgada).
The Fast Track service gives priority at X-rays and security control, giving you easier and faster access to your gate.
The Fast Track service is available at the following airports.
TAP Premium Lounge Tejo
Terminal 1, floor 6, Schengen area of Lisbon airport

TAP Premium Lounge Atlântico
Terminal 1, floor 5, Non-Schengen area of Lisbon airport
The following passengers can access the TAP Premium Lounges:
  • TAP Passengers on international flights:
    Passengers traveling in Business Class;
    TAP Miles&Go Gold passengers and a guest (traveling on the same flight);
    TAP Miles&Go Silver passengers;
    Star Alliance Gold passengers and a guest (traveling on the same flight);
    Passengers holding TAP Platinum Visa or TAP Corporate Top cards.

  • TAP Passengers on domestic flights and on flights to Europe or North Africa:
    TAP Miles&Go Gold passengers and a guest (traveling on the same flight);
    Star Alliance Gold passengers and a guest (traveling on the same flight);
    TAP Miles&Go Silver passengers – up to 4 accesses per year.
Both TAP Premium Lounges (Tejo and Atlântico) are open daily from 5 a.m. to midnight.
The two TAP Premium Lounges, at the Lisbon airport, have areas for rest, leisure, entertainment and work, with everything a passenger could wish for:
  • Computers, printers and Wi-Fi;
  • Private bathrooms with shower;
  • Complimentary food and beverages (bar service available in TAP Premium Lounge Tejo only).
Yes. It is possible to book parking at Lisbon and Porto airports.

Premium Boarding is the most convenient and fastest way to board a TAP flight. You get priority while boarding long-haul TAP flights, departing from Lisbon airport, with:
  • A dedicated area at the boarding gate (not available on all medium-haul flights);
  • Boarding time of your choosing;
  • Exclusive buses (available only when boarding is not by loading bridge).
Premium Boarding is only valid for passengers:
  • Travelling in Executive or Top Executive class of a TAP-operated flight;
  • Holders of: 
    • TAP Miles&Go or Silver Gold cards;
    • TAP Corporate card;
    • Star Alliance Gold card and travelling on a TAP- operated flight
Yes. Families travelling with babies have priority boarding.
Boarding gates are closed 30 minutes before the departure time. Please make sure you are at the boarding gate before this time.
Please check the information panels in the boarding area.
