Any deaf passenger or passenger with hearing needs can request this service, with assistance provided at all stages of the trip and adapted to individual needs.
To provide necessary support in the best way possible, we recommend you arrive at the airport with sufficient time in advance and go to the Check-in desk according to the suggested times:
